If you love a story that is part science fiction and part “human emotion”, you have come to the right place. Idols is the original book, and according to all; it is well worth reading. Icons two picks up where it left off and focuses on four Icon Children that are immune to the Icon’s power. They are above the Icon’s ability to kill them as they have killed many other humans. The four are connected in a very unique way and Dol must eventually choose between Lucas and Ro, who she loves deeply.
Eventually, it is revealed that there is a fifth Icon Child that Dol can speak to through visions. The story ends with a showdown that may end the life of one. It is a love story by Margaret Stohl that will not be soon forgotten by those who choose to read it and truly exposes the “heart” of our greatest weaknesses. It also exposes that “weaknesses” biggest strengths.
